Albany International Corp., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the machine clothing and engineered composites businesses in the United States, Switzerland, France, Brazil, China, Mexico, Germany, and internationally. The company operates through two segments: Machine Clothing (MC) and Albany Engineered Composites (AEC).
