The fund, using a “passive” or indexing investment approach, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the underlying index, which is comprised of large and mid-capitalization companies in the United States that the underlying index’s methodology assesses as leading their sector peers in taking action relating to a climate transition.
